An Engineering Graduate’s Ascent
Anshika’s journey began in Prayagraj ( Allahabad ), Uttar Pradesh. She completed her graduation in Electronics and Communication Engineering from 2014 to 2018 at Galgotia College of Engineering and Technology, Noida. Despite her engineering background, she harbored a deep-seated desire to serve her nation.
In 2019, a year after completing her engineering degree, she took her first shot at the UPSC Civil Services Examination. This was a pivotal moment in her life, as she stepped onto the path that would lead her to becoming an IPS officer.

Anshika’s foundation of perseverance was laid early in life. Hailing from a modest background, her father, a retired employee of the Uttar Pradesh Electricity Corporation Limited (UPEL), and her mother, a dedicated homemaker, instilled in her the values of hard work and determination.
