76-Year-old man provides free auto ambulance service

Harjinder Singh is a real-life example of ” HUMANITY STILL EXISTS”

We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give” – Winston S. Churchill

When we give, we are putting aside our own needs and desires to focus on the needs of others. It is an act of selflessness that requires us to tap into the deepest parts of our hearts and souls. It is through giving that we can connect with others in a meaningful and authentic way, building relationships and forging bonds that can last a lifetime.

Here is the selfless and heartfelt story of Harjinder Singh who is an auto-rickshaw driver in Delhi and is running a free auto ambulance.

The backside of his auto reads ” FREE AMBULANCE FOR INJURED IN ROAD ACCIDENT”. His magnanimous act makes his auto most unique in Delhi.

Harjinder Singh is a former traffic warden who worked for the Delhi traffic police. His benevolent aim is to save the lives of people who get injured in road accidents. Running this free-of-cost auto ambulance aims to provide free service to people in emergencies too. He drives his auto for extra hours to help people in an emergency.

Singh has saved hundreds of lives in the city. He helps one victim a day. Harjinder’s auto has a donation box where people can donate money if they wish. With this money, he buys medicines for the victims. What keeps him motivated is the victim’s gratitude when they are out of danger. His family too supports him for this godly cause.

It is the small acts of kindness, the moments of compassion, and the connections we make with others that remind us of our shared humanity.
